Whole Self Wellness

with Moey Tierson

Educator & Coach

I’ve loved teaching and learning my whole life. When a rare autoimmune disease showed up in my body 10 years ago, I was at the height of my dream business, teaching, creating, and busier than ever.

When doctors gave the disease a name, in 2017, I had been suffering for more than two years. I promised myself then that I was going to find my way back to health from this idiopathic disease, and when I achieved that, I was going to help others do the same.

In 2025, the final pieces fell into place and my lab results normalized. There were no more signs of the disease in my body. I had lost over 100 pounds and kept it off. It was exciting and overwhelming, and it took a little while to believe that my dream, my plan, was realized.

Today, I am here to teach and guide others who are looking for a way to better health, using the knowledge and skills that I learned from the many experts in the field with whom I have personally been taught.

What people are saying…

Moey’s own experiences with health and weight struggles helped me feel that she truly understood me. She gave me practical guidance, and I left our session feeling more confident and excited to try her recommendations. I would wholeheartedly recommend Moey to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable support.

From Recovery to Illness, and Back

In 2013, I was feeling healthy and powerful.

I had found activities that gave me peace and helped me lose a lot of weight that I had gained (80+ pounds) over the years.

Everything changed one year later, when I came down with a mysterious chronic illness that affected my ability to exercise, sleep, maintain energy and stay out of hospitals. All of the weight came back, plus extra. To add to the challenge, I was on a roller coaster of steroids and meds to control my symptoms, and the doctors could not figure out what illness was causing all of the trauma.
